You may book directly by calling us: (808)822-4688 or if by e-mail at least a month in advance. We generally answer the phone 7am-6pm Monday-Friday Hawaii Time. We ride the trail Monday-Friday, with trail rides departing both morning and afternoon. Lessons are available Sundays, and occasionally other days by appointment.
We will need to know for each rider:
- Height/weight
- Riding experience (walk, trot, canter/lope, jumps, owns, hand led pony ride only).
- How many times riding in the past 5 years (0, 1-10,10-20,20+, 100+)
- How many times riding in their life (0, 1-10,10-20,20+, 100+)
- We need to know all riders are in good health and not pregnant.
- For those under 18, we need to know their age and will require a signature of parent/guardian on a release form.
- Let us know where you will be staying and the check-in date.
- A cell phone number that will be with you on your trip, so we can reach you if needed.
A Visa/MasterCard is needed to hold a reservation, and is used to charge you if you cancel your ride within 24 hours of check-in time or no-show (72 hours for private or 5 hour and longer rides). Please bring the card with you to pay, or you may pay with traveler’s checks or cash. Prices quoted are tax additional. Tips are accepted and greatly appreciated.
Each rider should be made aware of the following:
- We require long pants and long sox to be worn.
- We provide and require riding boots and helmets (riders may provide their own if they are approved versions of our equipment).
- We will provide raincoats and will ride rain or shine.
- On our trail rides we will provide a pack that will strap to the saddle and a bottle of water, riders may put their camera in the pack.
